Morning Ritual

(a) K27 points (just under collar bone on either side), thump for 20 repetitions,
(b)thymus thump, thump with a fist of knuckles on sternum (in between breasts) for a count of 20.
(c) Zip up. press against top of pubic bone, raise hands to top lip with the in breath. Hold for 5 seconds then breath out whilst raising arms to the sky as an expression of joy!
(d). Hip flexor stretch (or Wim Hof move). Assume a squat position and then move your arms left to right whilst breathing out with a puff through the mouth for 2 cycles. (each side).

Congratulations on what you have achieved during the retreat – remember this is the reset you needed in your life and you can now carry this on into your regular days.

Use your books as a reference and remember, you have two weeks access to Lilly to ask her anything (non personal) through the WhatsApp group chat.  The answer may help others in the group experiencing the same thing.
