Paloma has been spending the last 10 years working in Michelin star restaurant in Europe. She has a big love for foraging and fermentation and spends most of her free time doing this or taking care of my garden and my chickens.
She is very focused on sustainability (local products, respect of the environment, trying to go to a zero waste cooking). She brings a special skillset to the team who work behind the scenes preparing our amazing organic whole food meals
