Booking an appointment
Please read this information before booking your appointment.
BOOKING FOR THE FIRST TIME
If you are booking in with one of our team for the first time, you will need to book a 60m appointment. If there are none available, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to find one. If there are ones showing but not for a while, sorry but that is the soonest available. Please do not book a 40 minute appointment, as this will only need to be cancelled and rearranged to when a 60 minute one is available, which could be later than when you first booked.
When you book your initial appointment, you will be required to pay for this at the time of booking.
PAYING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
All clients are required to hold a valid payment card on file. Any appointment booked will be charged within the 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you are attending a clinical appointment and wish to pay by cash, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours prior to attending. We will process your payment using the card you have given us. If you wish to change this card, you can do so via your online account or by calling us on 01256 465089 and providing your alternative card details. Because the payment system is automated, we can only hold one payment card on file at a time.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are unable to make your appointment, we require you to provide at least 24 hours notice (48 hours for initial appointments). The full session fee will be charged for cancellations outside of these requirements.
ATTENDING CLINICAL APPOINTMENTS
When you book your appointment, there will be a link to a short form which we require you to complete. This is a health questionnaire. To protect us, you and other clients, we cannot see you in clinic without this form being completed. You must not attend if you are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms or have answered ‘yes’ to any questions on the pre-appointment questionnaire. Visitors are required to wear a face mask/covering when attending. If you are not able to for medical reasons, please wear a face screen.
We normally provide online appointments via Zoom or Google Hangout. The link will be sent to you within 24 hours of the appointment. Please ensure you check your junk mail, especially if you have a ‘free’ email account such as hotmail, live or gmail
WHY HAS MY APPOINTMENT BEEN MOVED?
It could be that you have booked an appointment in a larger allocated space (eg, a 40m in a 60m slot) and we need to move it. If an appointment has to be moved, we will endeavour to contact you to advise you and you will receive a confirmation email too.
