Booking an appointment

Please read this information before booking your appointment.

BOOKING FOR THE FIRST TIME
We require you to complete a new client form & payment authorisation prior to booking.  You can do this here.  Once you have done this, you will be directed to our online booking system.  Your account will be created for you within 15 minutes, or you can simply add some of the information again and create it yourself if you prefer.

PAYING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

All clients are required to hold a valid payment card on file.  Any appointment booked will be charged within the 24 hours prior to the appointment.  Your first appointment is paid for at the time of booking.  We will process your payment using the card you have given us.  If you wish to change this card, you can do so via your online account or by calling us on 01256 465089 and providing your alternative card details.  Because the payment system is automated, we can only hold one payment card on file at a time.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are unable to make your appointment, we require you to provide at least 24 hours notice (48 hours for initial appointments).  The full session fee will be charged for cancellations outside of these requirements.

ONLINE APPOINTMENTS
We normally provide online appointments via Zoom.  The link will be sent to you within 24 hours of the appointment.  Please ensure you check your junk mail, especially if you have a ‘free’ email account such as hotmail, live or gmail.  Please ensure you are online and ready at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time, as your appointment will not be able to be extended or over-run.

WHY HAS MY APPOINTMENT BEEN MOVED?
It could be that you have booked an appointment in a larger allocated space (eg, a 40m in a 60m slot) and we need to move it.   If an appointment has to be moved, you will receive an email to advise you.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
You will receive an email confirmation when you book, an email reminder 3 days before the appointment and a text 24 hours before.  You will also receive the time in the link sent for the Zoom consultation.  Please check these!  If the time is different to what you expected, please contact us via email.
