Your First Visit
We are delighted that you are coming to see us at Life Right. Here’s all you need to know…
When you call, we will ask you for a brief overview as to why you wish to come in. We ask this so we can book you in with the practitioner best suited to help you. The interventions practiced at Life Right are available to view here
Your initial assessment will be for an hour and you will need to bring with you a completed form which you can download here. The form is in pdf format, so you will need the software on your machine to read this. If you experience difficulty, you can email us and we will email the form back to you. You will not be able to see the practitioner without this form having been completed, so if you intend to complete it when you arrive, please allow at least 15 minutes.
When you arrive, you can park directly in front of our centre. Alternatively, please park in any other space in the car park except those marked ‘visitor’. There is disabled parking in front. PLEASE NOTE: there is a height restriction of 2.24m

FAQs
- How many sessions will I need? Your practitioner will be able to give you an estimation after your initial assessment although this will depend on your individual circumstances and any necessary lifestyle changes having been made.
- Do I have to be referred by my GP? Unless you are claiming on private healthcare insurance, this is not necessary, although having a GP referral will reduce the cost of your initial assessment by nearly half.
- Will my private healthcare insurance cover me? This depends on the company, your individual issues and your treatment pathway. We will be able to advise you accordingly when you contact us.
- How do I claim on my insurance? When you pay for the treatment, we will give you an invoice to send to your insurer to claim. Remember to include all your references with your claim to avoid delay in reimbursement.
