  How Well Are You Now?
Following on from your previous 'How Well Are You' workshop, this re-assesses your position a few months down the line to give you a benchmark as to where you have made progress and where there is still progress to be made.  It's also an opportunity to see and use our EEG 'brainwave' machine which looks at conscious and unconscious brain activity, teaching you how to 'get yourself into the zone' for different elements of your life such as learning or relaxing
