We aim to identify the pain generators in your head and neck region that have been shown to generate headaches.  In musculoskeletal medicine there is rarely one cause, with a one time hit leading to a 'cure'.  What really happens is we unravel the layers of tension, sprain, strain, cognitive blocks, buried trauma and joint fixations to enable you to realise a release from your headaches.

Headaches can be attributed to psychological trauma, to yellow flags, which are psychological components of a physical injury, and to physical trauma. With obvious physical trauma like a car accident it is easy to identity a causal link. With insidious headaches the causal link is hard to come by for ourselves. It is often so much easier to solve other people's problems and even easier to solve them if you are an expert in that field. We pride ourselves in offering non drug, non surgical methods of treating headaches that work.

In numerous cases where people have been dismissed with headaches and told to 'keep taking the pills', we have been able to rid people of headaches. We have helped people out of their headaches following a car accident or an emotional trauma such as a bereavement. We have been able to aid those women with endometriosis and dysmenorrhoea in reducing their headaches to a low enough level that they can cope without pills. We do not treat the endometriosis we simply identify the pain generators and slowly work through each and every one of them, until they are no longer a pain generator.
