Our centre offers many facilities and one of the most popular is ‘The Pod’ where we offer amongst other things our Relaxation and De-Stress sessions.

This multi-sensory experience stars with the smell of Eucalyptus & menthol filling the room and helping you breathe more easily as you relax into the leather reclining chair.  You become aware of the twinkling lights in the ceiling just as the massage action of the chair and footstool work your tired muscles.  Add to this the professionally produced audio therapy from our Advanced Hypnotherapist Lesley Wickham (SQHP) and you may never want to leave The Pod!

Are you ready for the next level?

Once you have experienced our De-Stress and Relaxation sessions at least twice, you may wish to move to Level 2… this includes:

• The choice of a 15, 25 or 40 minute session duration
• Multi-sensory stimulation (as standard sesssion)
• An enhanced audio therapy programme from our Advanced Hypnotherapist
• The addition of visual stimulation with LED glasses

The LED glasses offer pulsating lights which work at the same frequency as the monaural or binaural beats used in the audio track to enhance the impact of relaxation.  Many clients have said that this makes a significant difference to the overall experience and 100% of those who have tried our ‘Enhanced’ De-Stress & Relaxation sessions would recommend them to others.

• 45 minute  = £45
